There is a 4 night minimum requirement in effect if booking over February 14th - 19th, 2008
There is a 5 night minimum requirement in effect if booking over March 20-26, 2008
There is a 7 night minimum requirement in effect if booking over December 19, 2007 - Jan. 3, 2008
Complimentary Items for Guests
- Continental Breakfast served buffet style at Palappa Bar: Served Daily
- 1 Bottle of Wine or Non-Alcoholic Beverage in Suite on arrival
- Canapes at Pool Bar 5pm-6pm: Served Daily
- Roundtrip airport transfers: Arrival and Departure only - once per guest (if staying 3 or more nights)
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
- 3 night room deposit at the time of reservation
- Deposit is refundable up to 30 days of arrival
- 3 night room deposit is non refundable within 30 -8 days of arrival
- Entire stay is non refundable within 7 days of arrival
- Guests are not permitted to transfer forfeited amounts toward a different stay period within the cancellation period
- Travel Insurance is recommended
- Guests departing early will be responsible for entire original booked stay
Holiday Cancellation Policy
- 7 night minimum requirement
- 3 night room deposit required at the time of booking
- Deposit is non refundable if reservation is cancelled after October 1
- Deposit and amount equaling a total of 50% of guest stay is non refundable if guest cancels after November 1
- Deposit and amount equaling a total of 100% of guest stay is non refundable if guest cancels after December 1
- Guests are not permitted to transfer forfeited amounts toward a different stay period within the cancellation period
- Travel Insurance is recommended
