Celebrate the bold flavors and traditions of the Bahamas poolside at Pallappa Bar & Grill where fresh, local seafood is complemented by the ocean air and our tropical outdoor setting. From Caribbean jerk-style seafood to Bahamian barbeque, we offer a real taste of the islands along with American-style cuisine. Take in the sun over breakfast or lunch and enjoy an evening meal under the stars. You can also stop by our full-service bar throughout the day for a tempting selection of tropical libations, including our signature cocktail, the Exuma BLUE.
Grand Isle Resort also offers a weekly poolside Happy Hour with live, local entertainment. Specials run from 5 p.m. – 6 p.m. on Fridays.

Exuma BLUE Recipe
Get a taste of paradise with our signature cocktail, Exuma BLUE - Grand
Isle's secret to tropical bliss. Start with a tall balloon stem glass that's
larger at the base than at the top.
Ingredients:
1 ½ shots of vodka (use rum, if you prefer)
½ shot of blue curacao
4 shots of pineapple juice
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together in a shaker with lots of ice. Pour contents
into the glass, including ice.
Garnish:
Slice of orange or pineapple with a red cherry.

Special Event Catering: A Taste of the Caribbean
Grand Isle Resort & Spa offers a tantalizing menu of authentic Caribbean cuisine, including plated, buffet, and themed options for weddings and other special events held at the resort. Our Catering Manager can help you create a mouthwatering menu that will delight even the most discerning palates. Additional catering menu customization requires advance notice of the event.
