Grand Isle Resort & Spa offers exquisite menus showcasing authentic Caribbean cuisine. Allow us to assist you in creating a memorable menu that will delight your guests. Private chef services and menu customization require advance notice and additional fees. The private chef fee for 1-4 guests is $300, 5-8 guests is $550, and 9-12 guests is $900; additional guests are $100 per person. The fee includes tables, chairs, lighting and standard decorating of the area. It does not include tax, gratuity or menu choices.
