1. Villa Views
Garden views may include garden or golf course views. Ocean views may include views of Emerald Bay or the Emerald Bay Marina. Ocean Front is facing Emerald Bay. Specific views are subject to availability.
2. Deposit and Cancellation Policies
Grand Isle Resort & Spa requires a three-night room deposit that is due at the time the Guest reservation is made. The deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival, and non-refundable from within eight (8) to (29) days of arrival. The entire stay is non-refundable within seven (7) days of arrival. Forfeited amounts cannot be transferred toward a different stay period. Travel insurance is recommended. Guests departing early will be responsible for the entire stay as originally booked. Individuals must be (21) or older to make a Guest reservation and to check-in at the resort.
3. Local Taxes and Fees
The room rates expressed are per night, per villa (not per person) and do not include 10% Government Tax, 6% Resort Levy or 10% Resort Service Fee. These fees (26%) will be added to the rate.
4. Maximum Occupancy
The Arawak one-bedroom comfortably accommodates two adults. The Bahia Mar two-bedroom comfortably accommodates four adults. The Lucayan three-bedroom comfortably accommodates six adults. The Grand Villa two-bedroom penthouse comfortably accommodates four adults. The Grand Penthouse four-bedroom comfortably accommodates eight adults. Maximum occupancy will be adhered to.
5. Golf Cart Operation
Individuals must be (21) years or older to operate a golf cart belonging to the resort. Proof of age may be requested by resort staff at any time that a golf cart is in operation.
This policy pertains to confirmed Guests of Grand Isle Resort & Spa who need to postpone or cancel their vacation and scheduled flights within 48 hours of their departure or arrival at airport (GGT) because of named hurricane or tropical storm. These Guests will have the option to use their deposits and payments toward a future stay at Grand Isle Resort & Spa. In the unlikely event that a confirmed Guest cannot travel to the resort at all due to a hurricane or tropical storm event, a full refund of their deposit will be made.
