At Grand Isle Resort & Spa, we’re delighted to be of assistance as you begin to plan your villa stay on Great Exuma. From golf cart and car rentals to island excursions on land and sea, we offer easy and convenient pre-planning services so, upon arrival, you can slip seamlessly into “island time.”
This hassle-free service allows you to select beverages, staples and snacks and have them delivered to your villa prior to your arrival. The fee for this service is $60, plus the cost of purchases. Simply complete and email your shopping list at least 72 hours in advance of arrival.
Great Exuma is blessed with many excellent and experienced tour vendors who delight is showing visitors the beauty of their island home. From sailing and snorkeling tours to our famous swimming pigs, there is so much to see and do on Great Exuma. Please see the wide variety of excursions and activities here and allow us to assist you in planning a memorable experience. In addition to tours and boat rentals, you’ll also find details on island restaurants and grocery stores and information and rates for local fishing guides, fishing regulations and a guide to what’s biting.
The best way to explore Great Exuma is by renting a car and, with only one main road, the island is easy to navigate. Our preferred vendor is Airport Car Rental located at Exuma International Airport. If you choose to rent a car, please complete the form here and submit it to us with a copy of your driver’s license via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to 242-358-5333. You may also forward the completed form directly to the rental company at email@example.com; kindly copy us on the email so that we may confirm your booking. Remember to stay on the left!
Golf carts are a popular way to get around the resort. With your villa, you have the option to rent one cart. The rental fee is $20/day. Simply complete the waiver form here and submit it prior to your arrival along with a copy of the valid driver’s licenses for all eligible drivers. Please ensure that you initial all of the allocated areas on the front and back of the agreement.
