Garden views may include garden or golf course views. Ocean views may include views of Emerald Bay or the Emerald Bay Marina. Ocean Front is facing Emerald Bay. Specific views are subject to availability.
Deposit and Cancellation Policies
A deposit equal to one nights’ stay is required at the time of booking to confirm the booking. Cancellations notified 72 hours or greater prior to arrival date receive full refund. Cancellations notified 72 hours or less of arrival date the one night deposit will be retained in full and the balance of entire booking will be charged to guest’s credit card.

Local Taxes and Fees
The room rates expressed are per night, per villa (not per person) and do not include 7.5% VAT, 6% Government Tax, or 10% Resort Levy. These fees will be added to the rate.
- The Arawak one-bedroom comfortably accommodates two adults.
- The Bahia Mar two-bedroom comfortably accommodates four adults.
- The Lucayan three-bedroom comfortably accommodates six adults.
- The Grand Villa two-bedroom penthouse comfortably accommodates four adults.
- The Grand Penthouse four-bedroom comfortably accommodates eight adults.
Children two years of age or younger do not count toward maximum occupancy. Maximum occupancy will be adhered to.
Golf Cart Operation
Golf carts are available to rent for $20 per day. Should you choose to rent a golf cart, it must be for the entirety of your stay. Individuals must be (21) years or older to operate a golf cart belonging to the resort. Proof of age may be requested by resort staff at any time that a golf cart is in operation.
This policy pertains to confirmed Guests of Grand Isle Resort & Spa who need to postpone or cancel their vacation and scheduled flights within 48 hours of their departure or arrival at airport (GGT) because of named hurricane or tropical storm. These Guests will have the option to use their deposits and payments toward a future stay at Grand Isle Resort & Spa. In the unlikely event that a confirmed Guest cannot travel to the resort at all due to a hurricane or tropical storm event, a full refund of their deposit will be made.
